The company employs around 1,300 staff at 38 locations in Germany and a subsidiary in Italy, and offers professional help around the clock to deal with fire, water or storm damage. We replaced the previously used banking software with the cloud version of ennoxx.banking: This provided us with a stable, efficient banking solution that is tailored to our needs. Thanks to ementexx’s many years of experience in the implementation and migration of banking solutions, both the full implementation and training of our employees was able to be done remotely and contactless in line with coronavirus regulations.

The initial situation

Due to the steady growth of the company and the increasing number of transactions, demands on the banking processes had also increased. This required a sustainable, bank-independent banking solution that could grow with the company’s requirements. In addition to the integration of all banks, another requirement was the implementation of a comprehensive user authorisation management system that could regulate access to account information and payments for individual user groups.

The goal

A central application that maps all the payment transactions is the ideal solution. By using the cloud version, ennoxx.banking is independent of the internal infrastructure, so employees can access the central banking solution at any time and wherever they are. Access is via 2-factor authentication. A connection to several banks with all accounts as well as the multi-client capable authorisation system was also implemented with the introduction of ennoxx.banking.

We were once again able to prove that ennoxx.banking is a future-proof banking solution that can be customised to fit the needs of the customer. We were able to implement the specifications required within a short time and could therefore sustainably optimise the customer’s workflow.
