After one or more payments have been provided, the communication jobs created in this course are automatically linked to these payments. The status as well as a link to the respective communication job can then be viewed via the two columns "Communication status" and "Communication job".
If a communication job is cancelled manually by a user, it is optionally possible to return the corresponding payments to the "Open" status. In this case, the link is removed and the payments can then be reprocessed and subsequently provided again.
