With this strategic acquisition, LucaNet enters the market for digital treasury and cash management software solutions and expands its portfolio in Corporate Performance Management.

Berlin, 06.09.2023 – Berlin-based LucaNet successfully completes the acquisition of digital banking and cash management software expert ementexx to strengthen its market position extending its core Corporate Performance Management (CPM) offering. The existing solution portfolio will be expanded to include treasury, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash.

This acquisition represents a significant step toward LucaNet's effort of further enhancing its position as a comprehensive provider of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software for the office of the CFO. It especially underscores LucaNet's commitment to expanding its offerings and delivering unparalleled value to its customers. In addition, the acquisition directly addresses the pressing need for user-friendly treasury and payment solutions tailored to the specific needs of mid-market companies. While the geographic focus of ementexx was historically on customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, LucaNet will now start to roll-out the offering to all its international markets.

In essence, the acquisition of ementexx serves to expand the solution portfolio for efficient and secure work in the finance department. Like other LucaNet products, the new offering of a cloudbased treasury and cash management solution is designed to further automate processes, serve as a single source of truth, and enable decision makers to better manage their business.

While medium sized companies have historically been underserved by existing treasury management systems, ementexx's flexible “out-of-the-box” solution with short implementation times and an intuitive user interface is perfectly suited to the needs of the typical LucaNet customer.
